How to request deletion

Spellvale uses an anonymous player profile operated by 4 Degrees LLC, doing business as Lifebar. To request deletion of your Spellvale account and associated data, email help@yourlifebar.com with the subject “Spellvale account deletion.” State clearly that you want the account deleted and include your Spellvale player identifier if it is available to you. We may request limited additional information to verify that the profile belongs to you.

Data that will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the Spellvale player profile and data associated with it in systems we control, such as game progress, inventory, settings, and service identifiers, except where retention is permitted or required.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or transaction accounting. Apple, Google, and other service providers may independently retain storefront transaction records under their own policies. Deidentified information that can no longer be associated with a player may also be retained.

Purchases and subscriptions

Deleting a Spellvale account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription or delete your platform account. If Spellvale offers subscriptions, manage or cancel them through the store where you purchased them. Deletion may permanently remove access to game progress, consumable items, or other profile-linked benefits.

Processing your request

We will process verified deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are securely rotated.
