Email help@yourlifebar.com for help with Spellvale. Please include your platform, device model, app version, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots can help, but never send passwords, authentication tokens or full payment-card information.

Purchases

If a purchase is missing or pending validation, reopen Spellvale with an internet connection while signed in to the same store account used for the purchase. Do not buy the item again to resolve a pending order. Contact support if it is still missing. Apple and Google process payments and refund requests through their respective storefronts. If you still need help, contact us with the product name and transaction status, but do not send full payment details.
