Scope

These terms cover your use of Spellvale and the Lifebar website, operated by 4 Degrees LLC, doing business as Lifebar. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply when you obtain the game or make purchases through those stores.

Accounts and progress

You may play as a guest where supported. If optional provider linking is available, use only a Google or Apple account you are authorized to use and keep that account secure. Do not sell accounts, impersonate another player or attempt to access another player's account.

Local progress can be lost if you delete the app, clear its data or lose access to your device. Linking a provider is not a promise of cloud backup or cross-device recovery. Supported backup or recovery features will be identified in the game. If a provider identity is associated with a different account, contact support; we do not promise to combine accounts, balances or purchase histories.

Game access and acceptable use

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use Spellvale for personal, noncommercial entertainment. Do not exploit bugs to obtain unauthorized rewards, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, bypass security controls or infringe others' rights. These restrictions do not limit activities that applicable law expressly permits.

Website use and intellectual property

You may browse and share links to this website for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the site, misrepresent Lifebar or reuse its content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Lifebar, Spellvale, their names, artwork, logos, characters and site content are owned by Lifebar or their respective licensors unless otherwise noted.

Purchases and virtual items

Where purchasing is enabled, review the product description and price shown by the applicable store before confirming payment. Virtual currency and items are for use within Spellvale and are not bank deposits or a promise of cash redemption. Purchase delivery may remain pending while payment is validated. Contact support if a confirmed purchase has not been delivered; repeated purchases are not required to resolve a pending order.

Refund requests are subject to applicable law and the store's processes. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Refunds or revoked transactions may affect the corresponding entitlement only as permitted by applicable law and the implemented purchase-reconciliation process.

Preview features and service changes

Test builds may contain unfinished features and sandbox purchases. Availability, balance and content may change. A preview of a paid feature is not an active purchase or subscription. Any subscription offered later must disclose its price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase.

Game features, release timing and platforms may change. The website is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Support and account closure

Contact help@yourlifebar.com for Spellvale account and purchase support. Never include passwords or authentication tokens. To request deletion, use our account deletion request page. Account deletion and service-enforcement actions must follow the published process and applicable law.

Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel a store-managed subscription. Use the applicable store's subscription controls if you have an active subscription.
